Our Manawa Heirloom Keiki (Child/Son) Spacer Bead is for our Manawa Bracelet collection. Spacer beads are used to break up different types of beads and charms! We've made our Keiki Spacer Bead special by adding a small shaka at the top with the word keiki down the middle of the bead. This bead is crafted in 18k Gold Filled.
No black enamel on finished product. It is used to help you see the text better in photos.
About Gold Filled
While gold-filled is a superior alternative to gold-plated items, it is not the same as solid gold. Gold-filled items are subject to scratching against hard surfaces, metals, or items it may come in contact with often. You will be able to tell between scratching and tarnishing when your bangle shows silver (scratching) vs. bronze/green (tarnishing).
