Placed an order Nov 28... 10 days later I noticed the USPS tracker says that it is still awaiting for the order. I email and 3 days later saying something is wrong with the bangle and can replace it with a different item. It's been 10 days since the last email and have requested an update two times, but still no response. I understand it's the holidays, but it's disheartening as I see they have been posting on social media. Very slow and poor customer service :(

When I was married 46 years ago, we had my wedding and engagement ring, custom ordered to look like a small, cluster of gold nuggets all around with a small diamond on top.
